Lavender Bay
INSTALLATION | KITCHEN & BATHROOMS
This exquisite apartment in Sydney’s prestigious Lavender Bay underwent a complete transformation, with stone taking centre stage throughout the interior, from sleek benchtops to expansive porcelain wall and floor panels.
Designed by David Dubois Architect and constructed by Stokes Construction, the renovation required careful planning and communication to ensure the structural integrity needed for large-format porcelain panels in the bathroom, resulting in a flawless finish with minimal joins that enhance the space’s sense of serenity.
The kitchen is anchored by the soft peachy tones of the Quaresto island, which beautifully complements the luxurious Royal Platinum porcelain used for the back benchtops, cabinetry door panels and cladding to the window seating. The result is a sophisticated and tranquil waterfront residence that blends elegance with functionality.
